Shipping Policy

1. Local Pickup (Click & Collect)

Customers may choose to collect their order directly from our warehouse.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Most in-stock orders are ready within 1–3 business hours.
Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your items.

2. Shipping Partners

We work with reputable Australian carriers such as Australia Post, StarTrack, Couriers Please, and other trusted delivery partners to ensure fast and reliable shipping across Australia.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard items: Free shipping on orders over AUD $150 to most metro areas across Australia (excludes remote and regional areas).

  • For orders below this amount Metro & standard areas: Flat shipping fee of AUD $15.

    Remote or regional areas: AUD $40~80, based on carrier surcharges and delivery cost.

    Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode.

  • Bulky or oversized items may incur additional charges depending on size and weight.

4. Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) on business days will be dispatched the same day, provided all items are in stock.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

  • Bulky/oversized items: Metro 2–5 days; Remote states (WA/NT/TAS) may take 6–9 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, and other external factors.

6. Delivery Requirements & Restrictions

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • A full street address is recommended; PO Boxes may not be accepted for larger/heavier items.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or return-to-sender fees.

  • If β€œAuthority to Leave” is selected, the parcel will be left without a signature, and loss/theft risk passes to the customer once delivered.

7. Return-to-Sender & Re-Delivery

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or being unclaimed, re-delivery charges will apply.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once dispatched.

  • Once the parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

8. Coverage Area

This shipping policy applies to Australia-wide deliveries.

International shipping and certain external territories may require special arrangements or may not be supported.
